Appointment and Booking To give you the best possible experience, we work by appointment only. You can easily book your session online through our GlossGenius page. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. All appointments must be reserved with a valid credit card. Punctuality & No-Show Policy Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late will cut into your massage time, as we must end sessions on schedule to prepare for our next client. For example, if you have a 60-minute massage and arrive 15 minutes late, your session will be a 45-minute massage, but the full price of the original service will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without any communication, it will be considered a no-show. You will be charged the full price of the service. This policy helps us protect our time and income. Illness Policy If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or suspect you might be coming down with something, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. Clients who arrive sick will be asked to reschedule and will be charged the full price of the service(s) booked. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all clients and staff. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session at any time if a client's behavior is inappropriate or unsafe. This includes, but is not limited to, intoxication, sexual harassment, or disrespect toward the therapist. In such cases, the client will be charged for the full price of the scheduled service. Health and Safety Your well-being is our top priority. Please inform your massage therapist of any health conditions, injuries, or recent surgeries before your session. This ensures we can provide a safe and effective treatment tailored to your needs. We also ask that you practice good hygiene before your appointment. Communication is Key We encourage you to communicate openly with your therapist. If the pressure is too firm, the room temperature isn't right, or you have any other concerns, please let us know. We want you to be as comfortable as possible. Payments For your convenience, payments are accepted via cash, Zelle, Venmo, and every major credit and debit card. We do not accept checks. Refunds Due to the nature of the services provided, all sales are final, and refunds are not available. Your cooperation and understanding are sincerely appreciated. Gift Card Terms & Conditions Gift cards are non-refundable and may be redeemed for services only. They can not be exchanged for cash and must be presented at the time of service. Lost or stolen cards can not be replaced. Gift cards do not expire. Spa Finder gift cards are not accepted.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment start time may be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. No-call and / or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
